High Performance Program

Rush Education uses one of the most customized developmental youth soccer training programs in the industry. Our soccer training is led by Rush Soccer Development, a specific department that specializes in improving and implementing our club’s player development approach. RSD provides our partner clubs with age groups and ability level-specific curriculums that allow our coaches to train and improve our players through a systematic, flexible, and progressive approach.

Players are the very spotlight of Rush Soccer’s education. Our high-performance soccer academy focuses on optimizing the physical and mental performance of each student we accept into our accredited K-12 program.

We are committed to delivering the best personalized training and education while providing each student with a pathway to success. Our school offers a dynamic learning community that ensures students get the support, training, and education to become champions.

Our objective is to compile 16-20 hours of football per week. Assuming the athlete has 6 with his/her club team, 2 practices for 4 hours and 1 game for another 2 hours. Leaving approx. 10-14 hours at Rush Education.

Player Development Tools

Mental Health

By the age of 14, a majority of athletes discontinue their involvement in sports. Frequently, this decision is influenced by their mindset and mental well-being. Our team of Sports Psychologists and High-Performance Coaches provides monthly workshops tailored for groups, as well as one-on-one sessions for individuals facing challenges or seeking tools to navigate difficult situations. These sessions encompass a range of topics, including handling bullying, managing pressure, preventing burnout, exploring passion and purpose, and addressing issues related to anxiety and depression.

Video Analysis & Highlight Videos

Our team of video analysts, with experience ranging from recreational to national team levels for some of the world’s top soccer countries, is here to break down your footage. We tailor our observations to align with the Rush Curriculum, complementing on-the-field training and reinforcing key concepts.

We’re strong supporters of both aspiring professional players and those aiming for college opportunities. Our video analysis department creates hundreds of player highlight videos each year, specifically tailored to your goals. We understand what both college and professional coaches want to see in these videos and are dedicated to helping you through the application process.
